We take great care in packaging your plants to ensure they arrive healthy and ready to thrive. Occasionally, during transit, a leaf may yellow, wilt, or look a little tired — this is completely normal and nothing to worry about. Your plant is well-rooted and will bounce back after a few days of rest in a shaded spot.
If your plant arrives in poor condition beyond normal shipping stress, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant in its original packaging. We’ll work with you to make it right.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If eligible, a store credit or a replacement plant (if in stock) will be provided.
We are not responsible for damage caused by delays with the carrier, mishandling after delivery, or extreme weather exposure.
